Find help with signing in, employee services, schedules, Work+ modules, notifications, device permissions, and technical issues. Available features depend on your organization, user role, permissions, location, and configuration.

What You Can Do With Work Portal

Depending on your access, you may be able to:

Getting Started

Work Portal is intended for users whose organization has enabled the service and provided an account.

To sign in:

If Remember Me is enabled, the app may retain your workspace and account details for future sign-ins. Supported users can also enable fingerprint or face authentication in Settings after signing in.

Accounts, roles, locations, and feature permissions are managed by your organization. Contact your manager or administrator if you have not received an account or Workportal ID.

Sign-In Problems

If you cannot sign in:

Never share your password, PIN, biometric details, or verification code with support staff, managers, or anyone else.

Employee Portal Support

The Employee Portal may include your profile, work summary, schedule, time-off requests, employment history, documents, referrals, change requests, pay information, and other organization-provided resources.

If information is missing or incorrect:

Work+ Module Support

Work+ provides access to operational modules assigned by your organization. These may include work orders, checklists, action plans, incidents, inventory, expenses, deposits, complaints, scheduling, sales, onboarding, and other workflows.

If a module or action is unavailable:

Support cannot approve requests, change operational records, assign roles, or override organization permissions unless authorized by your organization.

Notifications

If notifications are missing or delayed:

Notification availability depends on your organization’s configuration, your role, and the relevant module.

Device Permissions

Work Portal may request these permissions when needed:

You can manage permissions in your device settings. Denying a permission may prevent the related feature from working but should not affect unrelated features.

General Troubleshooting

If the problem continues, use Report a Problem if available or contact Work Portal Support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who Can Use Work Portal?

Users whose organization has enabled Work Portal and provided an account can use the app. Available features depend on the user’s role, permissions, assigned locations, and organization settings.

How Is My Account Created?

Accounts are created or managed by your organization. Contact your manager, HR team, or administrator if you need access or believe your account details are incorrect.

Why Is a Feature or Work+ Module Unavailable?

Your organization may not have enabled it, or your role may not have the required permission. Some features may also depend on location, subscription, or configuration. Contact your administrator to confirm your access.

Can I Use Work Portal on Another Device?

You can sign in on a supported iOS or Android device using your email address, password, and Workportal ID. Biometric sign-in must be configured separately on each supported device.

How Do I Change My Password?

Select Forgot Password? on the sign-in screen, or open Settings and select Change Password. You will need access to the email address associated with your account.

Does Uninstalling Work Portal Delete My Account?

No. Uninstalling the app removes it from your device but does not delete the account or organization records.

Who Can Correct My Schedule, Pay, Leave, or Employment Information?

Contact your manager, HR team, payroll team, or organization administrator. Work Portal Support can help with technical problems but cannot independently change organization-controlled records.

Account and Data Requests

To request deletion of your Work Portal account or personal data, follow [ACCOUNT DELETION PROCESS]. If no deletion option is available in the app, contact your organization and support@iconblocks.com .

Your organization or the service provider may need to retain certain information to meet legal, contractual, security, audit, payroll, employment, or record-retention requirements. You will be informed if any information cannot be deleted immediately.

Do not include passwords, PINs, biometric information, or verification codes in an account or data request.

Contact Work Portal Support
